We will arrange to have the vehicle delivered to you at home or at the office (during business hours) and can even organise disposal of your old car. It’s that simple.
The VSV Tendering System:
For every vehicle purchase, we request pricing tenders from our national dealer network. This pricing information is supplied to you in full with a brake down of all the relevant costs. With VSV the lowest price received being the recommended supplier to you. Our dealers know that they can win or lose the tender by a dollar. We’ll even transport the vehicle from interstate if that’s where we can get the best deal. This proven process ensures constant competition between our dealer networks and a transparent pricing structure.
Because we make it easy for the dealer also and the large volume of clients that VSV manage, we are able to provide significant discounts over and above any current fleet/Corporate entitlements that you may or may not be eligible for. VSV are always in direct contact with the vehicle manufactures. So we will always know what bonuses are out there for you and see if we can also get other free programs like free servicing, free options or accessories, etc.
What do I do now? There are two processes you can follow.
1: I need advice and don’t quite know what to buy?

- Let us discuss your vehicle needs, wants, budget and give you advise on the vehicles to suite your needs.
- If you are in the early stages of deciding on what you want, VSV can do up a short list of vehicle for you to have a look at and test drive and email that to you. We can even arrange test drives for you with our dealer network to make it easy for you.
- Once you know what you are looking to buy just call / email us or fill in the online enquiry form and give us the details and we will put the process in to action for you. This includes also getting on site trade-in valuations done for you.
2: I already know what I want?
- If you already know what you want then please just give us a call or email us or just fill in the easy and quick tender enquiry form that you will find in the left sub menu.
- Once we receive this we will put the process in to action for you. This includes also getting on site trade-in valuations done for you.
What VSV does next for you?
- Once we have all the tender pricing back for the chosen vehicle or vehicles you wish to purchase then we will email you a fully itemised tender summary that will contain relevant and useful information including availability of the vehicle and estimated delivery time frames. Further instructions on what to do if you are happy now to order the car will also be on the tender summary proposal.
- We will also give you finance quotes at this stage also so that you have all the relevant information. Please note at any time we can always revise the vehicle quote, so don’t feel like what you have is final. We want to make sure you are happy with the final vehicle.
- Once we receive instructions to proceed with ordering the vehicle for you we will email you back the order contract for signing and returning to us with further instructions. You DO NOT need to put down a deposit to order a car through VSV (some factory ordered luxury cars may need a small deposit which will be refunded at time of delivery or taken off the price of the vehicle).
- Once we receive your order contract back VSV will send the dealer the VSV detailed order pack to proceed with ordering the vehicle. At this point we will also discuss your finance options (if required) to make sure we have everything ready well before delivery of your vehicle.
- VSV will keep you informed on a weekly basis via email of the progress of the delivery of the vehicle.
- Once delivery is close we will arrange any remaining paperwork, arrange all the relevant documents in regards to finance, regardless if it is your own financier or you are taking advantage of VSV quick and easy finance programs. At this point also we will arrange the finalization of any trade-in, payouts, etc
- VSV will arrange a suitable time and place to deliver the vehicle to you at home or office (during business hours). We will make sure someone shows you how the vehicle works and all its features and options. Any trade-in will also be taken away at the same time.
- Then sit back and enjoy your new car. Knowing that you have made a good choice and save yourself time and money by letting VSV do all the work for you. Remember you can always cal us to ask any questions about the vehicle.
