Our racing program is a great way for us to develop and test many of the performance parts that we bring from overseas and ultimately fit to our clients vehicles. We also have a lot of fun doing it. Our philosophy is that if we cannot brake it then chances are our clients will not be able to either. Seeing how parts perform under the extreme stresses of Motorsport will give us first hand knowledge of what we sell and recommend. A lot of this knowledge has been used in Soko's personal car a 2004 V70R Custom built which regularly is used in VSV Corporate and Sponsor Days at Calder Race Way. Arguably the fastest road registered Volvo in Australia today. 2008 was a development year for VSV Racing. After a couple of seasons now untouched, we are currently rebuilding our 850 race car to make it even more competitive. We are also about to start a new project vehicle which will be based on a late model Volvo. We hope to have the 850 back out on the track in the next few months and "Project Stealth" as we call it early next year. I have to take this opportunity to thank the crew at Centre Line for helping out with these projects. One good thing with racing Volvo's is that they are bloody reliable vehicles.
