Sponsors Proposal
We at VSV Racing wish to make sure we can give our sponsors the maximum amount of exposure and BANG for your bucks.
That's why we have flexible and strait forward sponsorship offers that can be tailor made for your business.
The aim is to run the car in the State Sports Sedan and Improved Production programs giving twice the exposure as well as keeping costs down. Those will get our sponsors up to 84 races + practice sessions per year. Then enter the National Championships as we gain strong success and further sponsorship funds.
Some of the benefits we can offer to sponsors.
- Media exposure includes Motor Sport Magazines when car is featured, including their websites.
- "In The Pits" and Speed Week on channel 31, when car is featured.
- Features in both the Sports Sedan Magazine and the Improved Production Class magazine as well as there websites.
- Strong crowd attendances at each meeting. On average between 2,500 and 10,000 people.
- Sponsors banners placed on track (Facing the crowd and supplied by sponsor). Including flyer handouts (supplied by sponsor), product displays or demonstrations and product sampling (supplied by sponsor and subject to race organizers approval).
- Agreed signage size and placement on race vehicles (signage decals supplied by sponsor).
- Sponsor signage on race team uniforms (patches supplied by sponsor).
- Sponsors corporate days (including Sponsors corporate Guests), at selected practice sessions. These will include lunch, hands on involvement in the testing and set-up of the vehicles. Meet and Greet of the Drives / Team Owners and hot laps as passenger in one of the race cars.
- Sponsors also have the ability to book high speed Corporate Drive days and training days at a heavily discounted rate. These days are run in conjunction with John Bowe Institute of Driving.
- Pit and/or entry pass to all events that the vehicles will be competing in.
- Use of race cars for static display purposes.
- Use of Drivers / Team owners for Corporate functions, guest speaking or promotional activities.
- Banner and promotional placement in all race team flyer handouts and on the web site, including links and product advertisements.
